Why 12 Weeks? The Architecture of Lasting Change

Most people don’t struggle because they lack information.
They know they should sleep better. Move more. Set boundaries. Stop repeating the same patterns. Be more disciplined. Trust themselves. Communicate differently.
Knowing is rarely the problem.
The harder question is: why do we continue doing things we already know aren’t working?
That question sits at the heart of the ORIGO HOLOS 12-week individual programs.
Change Is Not a Single Decision
Transformation is often presented as a breakthrough: one realization, one new habit, one moment when everything finally clicks.
Real change is usually less dramatic—and much more interesting.
We carry patterns across multiple layers of our lives. The way we think affects how we feel. How we feel influences how we behave. Our physical state changes our capacity to regulate, focus, and respond. Our identity shapes the choices we believe are available to us.
Change one piece without understanding the system around it, and eventually the old pattern can return.
That is why ORIGO HOLOS doesn't begin by asking:
“What is wrong with you?”
We begin with:
“What is happening, what is driving it, and what needs to change for your life to work differently?”
Why 12 Weeks?
Twelve weeks gives us enough time to move beyond insight and into application.
The work progresses through three broad phases:
Understand. We establish where you are now, where you want to go, and the patterns, behaviors, beliefs, and circumstances influencing the gap between the two.
Transform. We work directly with what is keeping the current pattern in place, using coaching, reflection, behavioral strategies, and practical tools selected for the individual—not a predetermined script.
Integrate.Insight becomes meaningful when it changes how you live. The final phase focuses on applying what you have learned until new choices, behaviors, and ways of responding become something you can continue beyond the program.
The goal isn't twelve weeks of dependence on a coach.
It is twelve weeks designed to help you understand yourself well enough to continue the work without one.
One Methodology. Two Different Lenses.
Our individual programs were built from the same ORIGO HOLOS philosophy: the person in front of us is a whole system.
But each founder enters that work from a different direction.
With Aranza
The work begins primarily from the inside out.
Together, we explore the patterns beneath your current experience: beliefs, emotional responses, identity, behavior, relationships, self-perception, and the stories that may be shaping your decisions without you realizing it.
This program is for people who may look functional—even successful—from the outside, yet recognize that something underneath keeps repeating.
The objective is not to become someone else.
It is to understand what has been running automatically, decide what still belongs, and intentionally build what comes next.
With Manuel
The work begins primarily through the body, behavior, and performance.
The focus is on how you live day to day: movement, nourishment, physical wellbeing, discipline, routines, consistency, and the relationship between your physical state and the way you perform in the rest of your life.
But this is not simply a fitness program.
Because changing the body without understanding the person living inside it only addresses part of the equation.
The work connects physical practices with behavior, mindset, identity, and sustainable performance—so discipline becomes something you understand and build, rather than something you repeatedly force.
Individual Means Individual
ORIGO HOLOS is built around a framework, not a formula.
Two people can arrive with the same goal and need completely different work to reach it.
That is why the individual program begins with assessment and mapping before determining the specific path forward.
Some clients may need more work around beliefs and identity. Others around emotional regulation, habits, boundaries, physical wellbeing, relationships, or direction.
The framework gives the work structure.
The person determines the path.
This Is Not About Fixing You
We don't believe people are collections of problems waiting to be repaired.
Often, the patterns that now feel limiting once served a purpose. Understanding them gives us something far more useful than judgment: choice.
You can begin to recognize what is automatic.
Question what no longer fits.
Practice something different.
And repeat it long enough for change to become part of the way you actually live.
That is the work of twelve weeks.
Not becoming a completely different person.
Becoming more intentional about the person you are becoming.
